Dam of PL Queen of Hearts, PL Biscuit was bought as a 2 year old and put in foal to ES Heartbreaker at 3. She competed to 1m as a 5-6 year old before being sold to the North Island. I purchased her back to have as a broodmare earlier this year. Her daughter PL Queen of Hearts has been such a wonderful competition horse. Corlando - Sire of PL Biscuit is notorious for leaving great open hind ends in Show Jumpers. Both PL Biscuit and her daughter, PL Queen of Hearts, have very nice jumping techniques and are very loose and open behind. Rose Alfelds ‘My Super Nova’ is by Corlando, Rose is currently having countless victories in World Cup and Grand Prix Classes. Logan Massie is currently riding an incredible Lordano stallion in the 6 year old classes by Corlando’s dam - Lamona. Lamona progeny through the generations exhibit versatility across the disciplines and just like his dam, Corlando himself has left countless dressage and show jumping horses. Corlando sadly recently passed away at Goldengrove Studfarm. He has had a huge influence on NZ breeding and will continue to do so for many years.
